Man­ag­ing Direc­tor and Founder

Chris­tiane Foer­ster has been Man­ag­ing Direc­tor and Founder of Elcul­tra since July 17, 2018. As part of the lead­ing team man­ag­ing the Con­trol­ling & Com­pli­ance depart­ment, she is respon­si­ble for our finan­cial con­sul­tan­cy orga­ni­za­tion. In addi­tion, she is respon­si­ble for all admin­is­tra­tive relo­ca­tion aspects of our free­lance consultants.

The grad­u­at­ed econ­o­mist start­ed her pro­fes­sion­al career at Com­merzbank, fol­lowed by spe­cial­ist and man­age­ment func­tions in the Finance & Con­trol­ling orga­ni­za­tion for Philips Med­ical. Her tal­ent for lan­guages and her inter­est in for­eign cul­tures have enabled her to suc­cess­ful­ly car­ry out finan­cial (busi­ness) devel­op­ment projects main­ly for dis­trib­u­tors in the Mid­dle East and Africa. Beate Chris­tiane Foer­ster has lived in six dif­fer­ent coun­tries, includ­ing the Nether­lands, Sau­di Ara­bia, Switzer­land, Pana­ma and Ger­many, and speaks 5 lan­guages flu­ent­ly. She cur­rent­ly lives with her hus­band and chil­dren in Belgium.

Man­ag­ing Consultant

Ste­fan Foer­ster has been a mem­ber of the lead­ing team of Elcul­tra since Novem­ber 1, 2018. As Man­ag­ing Con­sul­tant, he is respon­si­ble for all man­age­ment con­sul­tan­cy aspects and leads the Process & Change Man­age­ment depart­ment. In addi­tion, he is as a licensed Birk­man Coach respon­si­ble for our Per­for­mance Con­sult­ing network.

Pri­or to this, Ste­fan was a mem­ber of the man­age­ment board of Philips Med­ical in Sau­di Ara­bia and respon­si­ble for the oper­a­tional devel­op­ment of the new­ly found­ed joint ven­ture in the coun­try. The grad­u­at­ed engi­neer and busi­ness econ­o­mist joined Philips Med­ical in 2002 where he start­ed his career as a Remote Sup­port Spe­cial­ist and then held var­i­ous inter­na­tion­al senior man­age­ment posi­tions in the areas of Cus­tomer Ser­vice & Oper­a­tions and IT. Born in North Rhine West­phalia, he enjoys social projects, cul­tures and motor sports in his spare time.
